Employees in retail stores using the SentryVision® video server and remote monitoring solution can push a panic button to alert a remote guard of a problem or conflict situation.  The guard can deal with the problem remotely and often is resolved without incident.  Remote guard tours of the facility can be scheduled at selected or random intervals and completed in minutes.  All video images are recorded for future reference.  Pre-recorded messages can be played at scheduled or random times throughout the day.  Theft situations can be transferred to CD and forwarded to local police department for prosecution.
